Club Homes
At the heart of the community are homesites with developer-built Club Homes—single-family homes designed by Locati Architects and reflecting Black Bull's signature rustic elegance. There are five models to choose from, and multiple options within each floorplan. Together, this wide range of options offers easy choices for those who want to be a part of a private community but prefer to spend more time golfing, fishing, or relaxing than mowing their lawn or weeding their garden. With turnkey convenience and concierge caretaker-type services, Club Homes are also a wise decision for second homeowners or retirees. The Homeowners Association will maintain Club Home lawns and landscape areas and help manage the property.
Black Bull Club Homes, LLC (BBCH) is the exclusive developer/builder of the Club Home product at Black Bull. The BBCH principals—Paul Brunswick, Jan Staker, Buz Weas, and Ken Williams—have several decades of development, construction, sales, marketing, and finance experience. All are Bozeman area residents.
BBCH hand-selects only the finest general contractors, sub-contractors, and specialty vendors to bring all five of the Locati designs to fruition. Its partners are selected based on level of experience, reliability, and commitment to quality and the project as a whole. All partners are Montana based—with the majority coming from right here in Bozeman.
